Your Stay at CritiCare Asia

At CritiCare Asia Multispeciality Hospital, we understand that hospitalisation can be an unfamiliar experience for patients and their families. Our teams work together to make your stay organised, comfortable and focused on your recovery.

Before You Arrive

Please carry your identification documents, previous medical records, diagnostic reports, prescriptions and any other documents advised by your doctor. Bring only essential personal belongings and avoid carrying valuable items to the hospital. Our admission team will guide you through the necessary registration, documentation, room allocation and billing formalities.

At the Time of Admission

Once your admission is confirmed, our team will assist you with the admission process and guide you to your allotted room or care area.

Room allocation is based on availability, the selected category, and the patient's medical requirements. In case your preferred category is unavailable, our team will help you with the available alternatives.

Patients and attendants are requested to follow all hospital safety, identification and access-control requirements throughout their stay.

During Your Hospital Stay

Your treating doctor and clinical team will keep you informed about your treatment plan and progress. Our nursing and support teams are available to assist with your day-to-day requirements.

For a safe healing environment, we request patients and families to:

  • Follow the instructions provided by the treating medical team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the room and surrounding areas.
  • Keep noise levels low to support patient rest.
  • Respect the privacy of other patients and their families.
  • Follow visitor and attendant guidelines.

Patients and attendants are requested to follow the hospital's guidelines regarding food brought from outside.
